PDF to English translation

Hi everyone!!! I have a need to translate some PDF documents into English using Translate.com, but I'm not sure how effective it is. Has anyone used this service for translation? I'm wondering how it handles translation quality, especially for technical texts. Are there any formatting issues after translation? I'd be glad for any advice and feedback!
